someone, told that I had to have a 911 permit??
to sell prepaid phne cards.
I have a small community store and already
have sale and use tax permit.

Do you already have a retail business? Then your business license will cover the permits needed. You will have to have a source to get the phone cards to resell – do you have that in place? If not send me a message here in answers (from my profile) and I can help you…

Just so your know iPhones (except original one) and blackberry’s cannot be used on prepaid. Any other AT&T phone can be used on prepaid.You would just use your sim card in the phone and sign up for a plan. It does not need to be unlocked.
