Question by joe: What is the best calling card to use to call the Philippines?
I have tried the calling card I use domestically but when I call the philippines, I can never get through, have a lousy connection or some random recording telling me why I cant reach the party I’m calling……

if your calling from the usa, i would suggest that you try the asian card ( thats the name ) I found it to be reasonably reliable,and it offers more minutes than the others.

where you buy X number of minutes online and its automatically added to your phone
kind of like a phone card
no contracts nothing

my parents dont want to get monthly bills

basicly, i got mine cuz it was really cheap, and my birthday was comeing up, on your b-day, i would suggest it, and virgin mobile is a good prepaid phone provider… have fun!
