I have been running into scams. Phone cards that say they’ll give me 60 minutes for $ 5 only to announce 30 minutes at the beginning of the call and actually produce 17 minutes. I’m ready to pull my hair out. My boyfriend is in Honduras and I’m trying to call his cell phone.

Can’t you find them at your local mom and pop store ? – assuming you are living in the US -…or places where they sell cigarettes, candies, magazines. That is where I always buy them.
