I’m looking to buy a virgin mobile phone with prepaid phone cards where you get like 200 minutes for or so. However I am very confused on how I am charged for text messages… Do I buy a seperate card for that? How much is it? How many do I get?

After trying a few calling cards that didn’t even work, I now have one that works great but, with all of the fees comes to about {content}.40 a minute. Does anyone have personal experience using a cheaper calling card for calls to mobile phones in Afghanistan?
